Good evening! My name is Jen Egger and I recently embarked on a new adventure as an Independent Younique Presenter, which is what I would like to share with all of you.
Honestly, when I was approached about this opportunity I had no intention of taking on another "job. . After all, I was already working a full time job and I am the mother of two teenage kids who are very active in sports. When would I have the time? BUT, I had tried Younique's 3D Fiberlash Mascara and was in love with it! Still, I really had my doubts about signing up but there was a little piece of me that wondered about it. Is it as easy as they make it seem? Would I really make money doing this? And the one question that always weighed on my mind was what is the catch? I did alot of research on the company and I was hard pressed to find anything negative. In fact, I found quite the opposite! I found out that, although this company was only 2 years old it was rocketing to the top of the direct sales company list! I also found out that the market for these natural make up products was wide open because there was not an obscene number of Presenters.....ground floor opportunity!!! Ok, so that caught my attention!
So....after a little more thought and a lot more research I decided to join- after all, it was only $99 to join and get the Presenter's Kit so the worst that could happen is that I would end up with more make up that I knew I already loved anyway.
After I signed up the woman who sponsored me took me right under her wing. She showed me what to do, gave me the links to the places to get the product info, and introduced me to our local teams of Younique Presenters. (I should note that all of these things were done thru Facebook.). It was a little overwhelming at first but I really liked it! Then I got my first sale and I was hooked! I was hooked on the products, I was hooked on the money, and I began to notice how supportive all of the other Presenters were of each other! Technically we were competing with each other but everyone was sharing tips, pictures, posts to use for selling....then when someone reached a sales milestone they were recognized and praised by the team. It was then that I KNEW I had made the right decision to join! I was so used to going into my day job where everyone focuses on the negative..... A job that made me miserable...sure, my day job paid well but I wasn't happy. Now, here I am with my own business, getting support and encouragement from other Younique Presenters, building new friendships, meeting new people, earning AMAZING money, and LOVING my new "job" with a company that is taking the WORLD by storm! Yes, the world.....they are expanding to many different countries and growing wildly because people LOVE these products!
In my first month I advanced to the 2nd level and started earning even more money, and I advanced another level the month after that! I didn't just find a job though, I have found a passion! I am currently in my 3rd month and right now I am in line for yet another advancement! Loving it!!!! And I bet you are wondering if I have found any catches yet?? Nope, not even one!!!! What you see is what you get!!! And, since everything is done online it fit right into my hectic schedule with ease!
I am 1000% serious when I say this experience has changed my life! I have found confidence, happiness, friendships, and serious earning potential. While I am still holding on to my day job for now, my goal is to build my business even more and exclusively be a Younique Presenter full time.
