No one needs to be overweight!!!

For women, being obese may cost $4,879 per year, according to George Washington University researchers who conducted a review of 94 studies last year. Compounded over 20 years, that’s close to $100,000 that could have been put toward retirement.

Do a little digging on Google of the ingredients for 10 minutes and you will realize this product is total crap.

I recommend Piping Rock meal replacement instead of this overpriced product.

https://www.pipingrock.com/meal-replacement

The quality of Piping Rock is excellent. It mixes well hot or cold and has absolutely a neutral taste. I like that they have upgraded the scoop from a small 1/5th serving to a full serving, makes it easier for shakes. Unlike some powders, in baking it is less likely to be rubbery. It also makes good homemade protein bars with a little butter or coconut butter and water. We get a couple of tubs a month.

It is best to avoid the product if you do not respond well to large quantities of soy. For those sensitive or allergic to it, there is a possibility of headaches, nausea, and even sleeping problems.

Body by Vi Shakes contains soy protein isolate. This ingredient has phytic acid, a substance that may hamper processing of minerals like copper, zinc, iron, and magnesium in the body.

This product’s main ingredient is SOY PROTEIN, which if you do the research you will find that soy protein is harmful for the body, specially for women who battle with hormone problems. NOT to mention, iso-flavones which is found in soy products is know medically to harm the function of the thyroid gland making the individual gain weight. People truly go astray due to lack of nutritional knowledge.
